What pencil eyeliner stays on the waterline the longest ? -Eva J.

Hi Eva!  That’s a great question! Actually, Urban Decay’s 24/7 pencils stay on the longest for me!! However, they are not made of kohl. Kohl eyeliners are made best for smudging, hence the fact they dont stay on for very long and you can smudge them with a eyeliner brush.  If you are specifically looking for a kohl eyeliner pencil, I recommend MAC.
