Easy Smokey Eye Tutorial

I was inspired to do this easy smokey eye tutorial from a makeup look Kelly Clarkson was wearing at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards! The MAC Pigment Glitter in Frozen White ($20) is a “must have makeup item” because you can create any smokey eye shade by mixing any eyeshadow with the glitter!
