Even for me, the makeup artist, I have a difficult time getting my liquid eyeliner to go on perfect.  For that reason, I usually stick to my gel eyeliner. I dont have as much control with a liquid eyeliner applicator/brush, as much as I do dipping my specific eyeliner brush into the gel- based liner for application.

This got me thinking and presto!!!! Here is a little makeup tip and trick to allow you to wear liquid eyeliner without the fuss of the applicator brush. You will be able to get that clean, thin, line in no time.

You will need: 1.Small Mirror, or CD.  2. Liquid eyeliner.  3. Small eyeliner, precision brush.  If you can’t find a brush small enough, I recommend going to the art supply store and purchasing one there, as they have smaller sizes to choose from.

Eyeliner Tip and Trick

First, make sure the mirror or backside of the CD is clean and dab a little bit of the liquid eyeliner on the surface to use as a palette. Use the tiny eyeliner brush that you chose to to dip into the liquid.  Now, you can use the tiny precision brush- of your choice- for application.  This should be much easier as you will have more control when applying.  Make sure you find a brush tiny enough so you are in total control when applying.

So, if you are wanting a “cat eye” look or just a little definition to make your eyes pop.  Dont be afraid to try it with waterproof liner, or even glitter eyeliner!  Try this technique to make your look easy, breezy and little more glam!
