Hi Guys! This is for all the gorgeous red heads out there!!!!

I’ve had quite a few makeup questions via e mail and I thought the answers might be interesting to others as well.  Tamisa asked me: “I have red hair, blue eyes and fair skin.  What colors of eyeshadow will look best on me”?

Well, not to worry Tamisa! There are plenty of great exciting colors to choose from.  There’s always great chocolates, tawnys, and cocos.  However, plums, peach, brown based reds and olive green shades are always a good choice and even champagnes can be beautiful, too.

Channel celebs like Amy Adams, Christina Hendricks, Julianne Moore and Lindsay Lohan- who was born a red head- but make it your own.  Don’t be afraid to add a little red to your pout! Pair it up with lighter shades of shadow.  I prefer Stila shadow in Champagne or Kitten on your lid and MAC’s Cork in your crease. Your hair will compliment your face and your face will compliment your hair!!!  You will be walking the red carpet in no time!  Also, these shades are GREAT basics for fair skin and are a MUST in every woman’s beauty box!

As for perfecting that pout with something a bit sassy, try MAC’s lipstick in Hot in Tahiti!  Its the perfect red shade for all skin types and looks stunning on red heads!
