The Great Gatsby Makeup Tutorial
There is nothing than I loved better, being inspired by The Great Gatsby film, and putting a makeup tutorial together for you guys! Not only do I love vintage eras, and period films, but the “roaring 1920′s” makeup and fashion was something else! Back in the 1920′s women celebrated femininity by pairing there upper lips to look like a cupids bow, they expressed their eyes by rimming them with black kohl eyeliner. Blush, also, played a huge role in expressing a women’s femininity.
Since I normally have long hair and bangs, I blow dried my bangs to the side, and curled my hair and with bobbi pins, pined and tucked it up underneath until I achieved the look I desired, along with the headband and clip.
I am really looking forward to seeing The Great Gatsby film with Leonardo DiCaprio. Enjoy the makeup tutorial and for the list of products used for this 1920′s makeup look scroll down after the video.
