TREND ALERT: Luminessair “At Home” Airbrush System | Product Review
Hi Guys! Airbrush Makeup has always been well known in the professional world of makeup artistry, but, now, it’s springing up everywhere to reach inside the homes for everybody of all ages! Now, it’s trending to, hopefully, stay and get those foundation results you have always dreamed of!
I have always been a fan of airbrush makeup. I first began to use it professionally, some years ago. It is used by virtually all makeup professionals, celebrity makeup artists, and many photographers demand it’s use for their photoshoots, and, they do have a very good reason to. Airbrush gives some great benefits: flawless skin appearance, long lasting wear, great coverage using less product, and certainly last, but in no ways least, that “luminous glow”!
When I was approached by Luminessair to try out one of their “at home” airbrush systems- I was super excited!!! There are several different Luminessair Systems. Mine was the first grade, and it came in a really nice, super cute package! I am all about making a product look pretty! 
With Luminessair- you get: a “How to Instruction Guide”, CD Disk, airbrush gun, compressor, a cute silver pouch to hold the compressor and gun, empty plastic bottle for cleaner (add 2/3 water 1/4 alcohol), and 10 makeup products (1 Primer, 4 Foundation Shades, 2 Eyeshadow, 1 Blush, 1 Bronzer, 1 Highlighter).
After trying it out, I think this “at home” system can, seriously, solve foundation application problems for newbies and professionals. In a few moments and with almost no effort, Luminessair can really make your skin look and feel fantastic! I did get several looks and compliments on how great my skin looked, after I tried the system on myself!
If you are not a professional makeup artist, this system makes the foundation application process pretty easy. Although, the eyeshadow application will take some trial and error since you will need to apply the colors on yourself with your eyes closed – if you are a newbie, this can be tough. You’ll have to “feel” the application by the feel of the air blowing from the airbrush gun. It takes some getting used to, but the most important thing to remember is to keep your hand moving while the product is coming out of the gun.
For makeup artists, who don’t already have an airbrush as part of their usual kit, this is a MUST have product!!!! Trust me, your client will love you! It’s super easy to apply on your clients- even the eyeshadow portion!!! Plus, you will really get such a natural complexion to the skin!!! One great thing is that your client won’t feel as if she’s wearing makeup at all since airbrush uses so little product to cover the skin!!
Personally, I still prefer applying my eyeshadow with powder and brushes, as I like to have more control and play with all the fun, crazy colors and textures that are available. However, I am very impressed with the foundation, blush and bronzer looks you can achieve. It’s super affordable, (starting at $249.99, and they have payment plans as low as $49 per mth) considering it is priced way below typical professional airbrush application systems. Way, well, worth the investment to solving all your foundation problems!
